I really appreciate the high-quality metal prints I’ve gotten from Aluminyze. And the fact that they really want to make sure the customer gets what they need and expect. If I wasn’t so happy with the final results, I would have deleted a star because I do find it frustrating that there is no telephone Customer service offered. Despite the Customer service staff being being extremely competent, it is cumbersome and time consuming to have to communicate only by email and chat. It’s easy for a miscommunication to take place that way when a five minute conversation would answer all questions and clarify everything that an hour or so of “chatting” could not. I also wish the customer could pay for a small proof of a metal print for approval before committing to a costly order.
