COVID-19 Response

Dear Aluminyze customers and friends,

We wanted to take a moment to write to you and let you know how we are handling the COVID-19 crisis, and also tell you about what we are doing to keep our products affordable at this time. We sincerely hope that you are safe, healthy and weathering this unprecedented situation as best you can.

As per New York State Executive Order 202.6, all non-essential services in our region have been suspended. Fortunately, because we are not open to the public and are a manufacturing company, we are still able to provide service.

Although our turnaround time has been slightly increased as we strictly adhere to government and CDC guidelines, we are still operating and continue to accept orders from our customers.

Our warehouse is not open to the public and our workstations have been separated with a minimum of 8 feet between each staff member. This ensures staff safety through the practice of social distancing. As an additional measure to protect our staff and customers, workstations are being sanitized frequently throughout each work day.

While our production team remains working in a limited capacity, our customer service team is working from their homes, where they are still available if you have any needs or concerns.

We understand that life goes on, even through a crisis such as this, but we also know that it is important that people spend their money carefully.
