Return Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
At Aluminyze, we want you to love your metal prints. Because every order is custom-made specifically for you, our return policy is focused on quality and satisfaction.
1. Damaged During Shipping
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If the print arrives damaged (e.g., bent, scratched, or broken due to shipping), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We reserve the right to require you to bend the damaged print in half and send us a photo of it bent before recycling/disposing of it. This helps us verify the claim and prevent fraud. Once we approve the claim, you may recycle the item.
- We will arrange a free replacement (or refund) as long as we do not suspect fraud or misuse.
2. Manufacturing Defects
- If there is a manufacturing defect on our end (e.g., poor printing quality, incorrect size, or color issues caused by our production process), please report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the issue.
- We will either replace the print at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion (subject to verification and no suspected fraud).
3. Image Quality & Original File Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the quality and content of the images you upload and the final cropped version.
Before adding your design to the cart, you must carefully review your image and cropping in detail on our website. Cropping is done after uploading on our site, and we print exactly what you see in the final preview/crop you approve. You are responsible for ensuring the crop, composition, and overall appearance are exactly how you want them.
This includes checking for:
- Wrong version of an edited photo
- Artifacts, compression issues, or pixelation
- Brightness, contrast, color balance, or sharpness problems
- Proper cropping and composition
- Any other imperfections
Our online preview tool shows exactly what will be printed — it is your responsibility to approve it before ordering.
Previous prints on other materials or from other printers do not set any expectations for how your image will look on our metal prints. Different printing processes, substrates, and inks produce different results. We cannot match or adjust to previous prints unless you specifically communicate your expectations to us before production begins.
We do our best to catch obvious technical problems and may contact you if we notice something significant, but this is only a backup courtesy and cannot be relied upon. We are not required to identify or fix subjective issues unless you point them out before production.
We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction caused by the quality, cropping, or content of your approved image. Issues visible in your final uploaded and cropped file will appear in the printed product.
4. Change of Mind / Cancellation
- Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- Orders can be canceled only if we have not yet started production (usually within a few hours of ordering). Contact us as soon as possible.
5. How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email us at info@aluminyze.com within the timeframes above.
- Include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Important Notes:
- All replacements and refunds are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our policy.
- Shipping costs for approved returns may not be refunded unless the error was on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (when applicable).
